SB CONSTRUCTION was started in the year 1990. From that small beginning the growth of the firm has been steady & currently it is one of the few firms which stands for quality & commitment.
SB Construction is an Architect owned Construction Company that has been successfully operating for over 30 years. Specialized in design and construction of major Industrial, Infrastructure development works, included road works Hospitals buildings, educational institutions & Research centre, commercial and Residential complex.

The firm has an in-house structural Engineer centering works for all building sites. Electrical & HVAC Engineers, Building automation specialist. We also under take major Filling & leveling, Landscape works & Acoustic & Thermal insulation works for industries, theatres & auditoriums

Handled several housing projects with in-house Architectural service, structural consultancy and Project management.
Overall in charge of many industrial projects for project management with co-ordination of various agencies including pipe rack contracts, electrical contracts, etc.,
Interacted with global consultants in formulating design parameters for two large hospitality projects.
Fully occupied in consolidating the organization as a professionally run institution (1989-1992)
